Open to: ILTA Members and Students (College, University, or Law School)

In order to qualify for a complimentary day pass, eligible individuals may work one (1) eight-hour day at ILTACON in exchange for a Pass to attend educational sessions and the exhibit hall on a different day (lunch ticket included). In order to qualify for a complimentary full week pass, eligible individuals must work two (2) days or 16 hours at ILTACON in exchange for a Full Week Pass to attend educational sessions and the exhibit hall on days not scheduled to work (lunch ticket included).

Stuff the meeting bags with the inserts and other goodies quickly and efficiently. Assist with moving the bags to where they will be given away.

When: Saturday, 10 August between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm (volunteers are asked to work four-hour shifts)

Assists at registration with stacking t-shirts, replenishing supplies, breaking down boxes etc. Member volunteers are asked to work two-hour shifts, with a maximum of two shifts. Other volunteers are asked to work four-hour shifts, with a maximum of two shifts.

Session Room Assistants will help ILTA and AV staff in education rooms by assisting with the session scanner, reporting any problems, counting attendees during the session, and performing other duties as needed. Member volunteers are asked to work two-hour shifts, with a maximum of two shifts. Other volunteers are asked to work four-hour shifts, with a maximum of two shifts.

Be a human helper/ILTA ambassador at key locations throughout the property to help people find their way. Use a map and meeting agenda to help guide people to the correct locations. Member volunteers are asked to work two-hour shifts, with a maximum of two shifts. Other volunteers are asked to work four-hour shifts, with a maximum of two shifts.

Assist ILTA Staff by walking through the exhibit hall and placing checklists, flyers, and other information at the booths. Welcome exhibitors and answer questions if possible (ideally a partner or BPC). Member volunteers are asked to work two-hour shifts, with a maximum of two shifts. Other volunteers are asked to work four-hour shifts, with a maximum of two shifts.

Ideal for volunteers from the Nashville area, this role will answer questions about Nashville and distribute information from the convention bureau. Member volunteers are asked to work two-hour shifts, with a maximum of two shifts. Other volunteers are asked to work four-hour shifts, with a maximum of two shifts.
