I am a Business Partner. Logging in this way shows me my booth as an attendee; how do I log in to change my booth information?

The primary business partner on your account received an email with the title "Welcome to Boomset" from "noreply@boomset.com." In that email is a blue button that reads “Click here to set up your virtual booth.” That link is personalized to your team; if anyone else from your team needs access to booth setup they should get that email forwarded from the primary business partner.
For more information about editing your Booth, please see the videos here: https://www.iltacon.org/sponsors/pathtosuccess , especially the video “Getting Started,” “How to set up your Virtual Booth,” and “Information Tabs”

COVID & ILTACON | back to top

What types of COVID protocols will be put into place?

In addition to requiring all in-person participants to be fully vaccinated no later than 14 days prior to arrival, we are developing an event-wide COVID Safety Plan to keep all participants safe. Items under consideration include contactless badge pick-up, a more robust mobile app, more spacious seating, and many more.

Will you require on-site participants to be vaccinated?

Yes. All in-person participants will be required to be fully vaccinated no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

Will you require proof of vaccination?

Yes, we will require proof of vaccination for anyone attending ILTACON in-person. More information about submission of proof of vaccination will be forthcoming.

Will ILTACON require vaccine passports?

We may. We are currently working with the property and local health authorities as well as tracking the most up-to-date information from the CDC, WHO, and State of Nevada.

Will there be a need for COVID testing prior to arrival?

At this time, we are not planning to require testing for most in-person participants. Anyone attending from 'Very High' (according to the USA CDC COVID-19 Travel Recommendations by Destination - LINK https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/map-and-travel-notices.html - ) will be required to submit proof of a negative Clark County Rapid Covid test performed no less than 48 hours prior to in-person attendance.

Will I be required to wear a mask at all times? May I wear a shield in place of a mask?

The State of Nevada has reinstituted its indoor mask mandate for everyone regardless of vaccination status effective 30 July 2021. If the state-wide mask requirement is lifted prior to ILTACON, we will not require masks. If masks are required, a facial shield is not an acceptable substitute.

Are there any exceptions to the vaccination requirement?

No. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

Although we understand there are some circumstances that prohibit people from being fully vaccinated, it is mandatory that all attendees for ILTACON in 2021 be vaccinated. Because we do not want anyone missing out on educational opportunities, opportunities to do their job, or for the flow of business to be slowed, we do offer the digital/hybrid version of ILTACON to allow for those who have not been vaccinated, fully vaccinated, or those not yet comfortable being in open sessions with others.

There were many factors in the decision making process to determine what measures we at ILTA were wanting to take to ensure the safety of our attendees. After much discussion, research, conversations with others hosting large scale events, etc. the ILTA Senior Leader Team along with the ILTA Board of directors determined the mandatory protocols that would be put into place as well as the protocols that would change based on the ‘state of health’ of Nevada, other US States, Canada and other countries.

Mandatory vaccinations and proof of vaccinations fall within the mandatory protocols for attending ILTACON.

As an international in-person attendee, is there anything I should be aware of?

Educational content will be relevant for you, and we are looking forward to your participation as either an in-person or digital attendee. In addition to proof of vaccination status, in-person attendees from countries with 'Very High' risk (according to the USA CDC COVID-19 Travel Recommendations by Destination https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/map-and-travel-notices.html) will be required to submit proof of a negative Clark County Rapid Covid test performed no less than 24 hours prior to in-person attendance.

What types of COVID protocols has the Mandalay Bay put into place?

How do I submit my proof of full vaccination status to attend ILTACON in person?

Digital images of proof of vaccination should be e-mailed to VAX@iltanet.org before August 10th. If you do not feel comfortable uploading your digital proof of vaccination, you may bring your proof of vaccination and show it to staff for verification prior to registration/check-in. All ILTACON participants must provide proof of full vaccination prior to receiving access to the conference.

All Business Partners receive a login tied to their organization that allows them to administer their booth, regardless of the role they plan to play at ILTACON. How should we use Map Your Show vs Boomset?

Map Your Show is a passive yet massive repository of information, including: Data Sheets, and How to Information, and Collateral on specific Products and Categories you are marketing to. The Map Your Show Search bar will use the metadata from your Collateral and create a profile for search. This optimized the experience for Attendees to find the relevant content on demand.

Boomset, will be your Dynamic Presence. Our recommendations:
Assign a team Member to Handle Leads Intake. This might be from your on-site booth or virtual. They can reassign those leads to the proper parties for your Team as well as be your firsthand engagement from the Sponsor Chat.

Have a more veteran Team Member participate in Session Chats. This person will have knowledge of the topics being presented and be able to really foster a deeper conversation in the side chat for the sessions, or the Group Discussion Chats, etc.

A Moderator Representative is recommended. This person will work directly with the ILTA staff to ensure all content for sessions is aligned and prepared. They will be responsible for Supervising all moderation of Any sessions being hosted in Boomset.

Which sessions are available in the app?

All virtual sessions are available on the app, including all Business Partner-led sessions. There are two tracks of sessions only available to In-Person attendees. Attendees will also be able to visit the Boomset Virtual Booth and see all sponsored Sessions, as provided by your team.

Will Speakers be able to conduct dry-runs of their sessions prior to ILTACON?

Yes, everything being hosted digitally will be tested in a dry run. More information will follow your access credentials.

When will Speakers receive their login information to Boomset?

Exhibitor Portal Access information will be provided on August 6.

The ILTACON App will be made available on the 16th for onsite attendees and the 20th for digital attendees. Instructional materials will be made available.

How do we ensure our attendees have accepted the anti-harassment statement?

Completion of the 2021 ILTACON BP Exhibitor Registration form includes acceptance of the anti-harassment statement.
