We're looking for volunteers!

Volunteer Opportunities available Saturday, 22 August - Thursday, 27 August.

Volunteering is a fantastic way to meet other members of the community and begin the building blocks of some truly meaningful relationships. The greatest asset for ILTA is the people involved in the community, and one opportunity for involvement is helping at ILTACON. Without our members, business partners, and help from local universities, ILTACON would not be such a great success.

Opportunities Available:
•  Bag Stuffing (Saturday)
•  Registration Assistant (Sunday – Thursday)
•  Swag Shop Assistant (Sunday - Thursday)
•  Wayfinder (Sunday – Wednesday)

To qualify, you must be an ILTA Member, Associate Participant or Industry Participant in good standing. Let’s co-create impactful experiences for the legal tech community.

Hotel, airfare, or any other expenses are not included in the Volunteer Opportunity.

Open to: ILTA Members and Students (College, University, or Law School)

In order to qualify for a complimentary day pass, eligible individuals may work one (1) eight-hour day at ILTACON in exchange for a Pass to attend educational sessions and the exhibit hall on a different day (lunch ticket included). In order to qualify for a complimentary full week pass, eligible individuals must work two (2) days or 16 hours at ILTACON in exchange for a Full Week Pass to attend educational sessions and the exhibit hall on days not scheduled to work (lunch ticket included).

Opportunities available: Saturday, 22 August through Thursday, 27 August

Stuff the meeting bags with the inserts and other goodies quickly and efficiently. Assist with moving the bags to where they will be given away.

Open to:ILTA Members, College/University Students

When: Saturday, 22 August between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm (volunteers are asked to work four-hour shifts)

Assists at registration with stacking t-shirts, replenishing supplies, breaking down boxes etc.

Open to: ILTA Members, College/University/Law Students

When: Sunday, 23 August through Wednesday, 26 August

Be a human helper/ILTA ambassador at key locations throughout the property to help people find their way. Use a map and meeting agenda to help guide people to the correct locations. Member volunteers are asked to work two-hour shifts, with a maximum of two shifts. Other volunteers are asked to work four-hour shifts, with a maximum of two shifts.

When: Sunday, 23 August through Thursday, 27 August
