The official ILTACON Room Block covers 4 (four) properties – Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts and Walt Disney World’s Swan and Dolphin Hotels. In an effort to demonstrate effective practices in room block management and keep participation fees lower, participants should book a room within the official ILTACON block before 14 July 2023.
Attendees will receive the link in the ILTACON registration confirmation, and Business Partners will receive the link from their ILTA contact during booth selection. Rooms at the conference rate before or after ILTACON are subject to hotel availability. ILTA is not responsible for charges incurred with booking your rooms. A non refundable $50 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled reservations regardless of cancellation date. The links to hotels below are for information purposes only and attendees cannot book the discounted ILTA rate there. Attendees should use the link to our booking portal provided in their registration confirmation to secure their hotel rooms at the discounted rate.
