Fairfield Inn & Suites Nashville at Opryland

Located just one mile from the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center and close to an array of top dining and recreation options. Free shuttle service is not provided.

Event Shuttle Info

The Inn at Opryland provides a complimentary shuttle for our guests. This shuttle makes a loop between our hotel (the Inn at Opryland), the Gaylord Resort and the Opry Mills Mall and back. The shuttle begins at 7:50am until 8:00pm daily and runs continuously. **Please note this schedule is subject to change**


  • 7:50am-10:00am – between the Inn at Gaylord Opryland
  • 10:00am-8:00pm – loops between the Inn, Gaylord, and the Opry Mills Mall

The Opry Shuttle runs on show days only. Guests will need to take the complex shuttle to the resort then take the Opry specific shuttle from the Cascades Canopy to the Opry (6pm – 7pm). After the show, the shuttle will run until 10pm.

Pet Policy

No pets are allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Emotional support animals are not permitted.

The official ILTACON room block is closed.

Booking information will be provided to registrants upon receipt of registration payment and to sponsors after booth selection. Guests will be unable to book in the official ILTACON room block without ILTA’s custom links.

The ILTACON Housing Block closed on Thursday 11 July 2024.

PARKING INFO

Parking is available at the Gaylord Opryland for $37 per day (self-parking; plus tax) or $50 per day (valet; plus tax).

CASHLESS RESORT

The Gaylord Opryland went “cashless” effective July 2023! Some logistics around this include:

  • The resort accepts credit card and mobile payments only, including front desk, food and beverage locations, retail, parking, etc.
  • Guests can convert their US currency into $20 - $500 gift cards at “Cash-to-Card” kiosks located in the Cascades and Delta atriums *no fee incurred.
  • Guests may still tip in cash (housekeeping, valet, etc)

Soundwaves Resort Water Attraction

Please note that access to the Soundwaves Resort Water Attraction is NOT included in your hotel reservation and tickets must be purchased to be admitted. You can purchase tickets through the housing portal while making your hotel reservation.  Soundwaves is closed on Tuesday 13 August and Wednesday 14 August.

On the right side of the housing portal page, you will see a button to purchase tickets for the waterpark. If you have already made your reservation, simply go to the "Update Now" option in your housing confirmation email to re-access the housing portal and navigate to the Soundwaves link on the right side of the page.
