Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact events@iltanet.org or via USPS to ILTA Event Cancellation, 159 N Sangamon Ste 200, Chicago, Illinois 60607.

Event Anti-Harassment Policy
All ILTACON participants will be required to agree to ILTA's Event Anti-Harassment Policy.

Full Access Passes

Single MEMBER Pass

$2,999

Registration includes 4 days of educational sessions, lunches and breaks, exhibit hall access, and all session recordings. You will need to be logged in on the next page to continue the registration process.

Super Pass

Send your team!

Send a group and save money with the ILTACON Superpass (take advantage of one of your ILTA membership benefits!) Available to ILTA members only: for every 6 full week member registrations purchased, get the 7th for free - get an 8th for free if it's a First-Time ILTACON Participant!

SINGLE Non-Member Pass

$3,999

Individuals from entities eligible for ILTA membership may register for a Non-Member pass by emailing the ILTA Membership Team. The registration includes 4 days of educational sessions, lunches and breaks, exhibit hall access, and all session recordings.

Day Pass registration

Members will be able to register for day passes beginning April 14.  Individuals from entities eligible for membership may register for a Non-Member day pass by emailing the ILTA Membership Team. 

Monday Pass

$899
($1,199 non-members)

This registration (valid for Monday 24 August) includes access to educational sessions, lunch, breaks, and the Monday Night Exhibit Hall Opening Reception. (Individuals from entities eligible for ILTA membership may register for a Non-Member pass by emailing the ILTA Membership Team.)

Tuesday Pass

$899
($1,199 non-members)

This registration (valid for Tuesday 25 August) includes access to the Exhibit Hall, educational sessions, lunch, and breaks. (Individuals from entities eligible for ILTA membership may register for a Non-Member pass by emailing the ILTA Membership Team.)

Wednesday Pass

$899
($1,199 non-members)

This registration (valid for Wednesday 26 August) includes access to the Exhibit Hall, educational sessions, lunch, and breaks. (Individuals from entities eligible for ILTA membership may register for a Non-Member pass by emailing the ILTA Membership Team.)

Thursday Pass

$899
($1,199 non-members)

This registration (valid for Thursday 27 August) includes access to the Exhibit Hall, educational sessions, lunch, breaks, and the Thursday Night Closing Reception. (Individuals from entities eligible for ILTA membership may register for a Non-Member pass by emailing the ILTA Membership Team.)

Not a member and not eligible for membership?

You may be eligible to attend ILTACON as a Business Partner Explorer or Consultant!

Explorer or Consultant registration includes 4 days of educational sessions, lunches and breaks, exhibit hall access, and session recordings. ($3,500 until 16 June; $4,000 starting 17 June)

Ensure smooth sailing by booking your accommodations through the official ILTA Housing Portal (coming to you in your registration confirmation email).

This is the only authorized way to reserve your room for ILTACON 2026. 

Beware of housing poachers and unauthorized third-party offers! 

ILTA will not call or email you with hotel offers.  The only way for you to book a reservation in the ILTACON block is through the link in your registration confirmation (attendees) or through your Business Partner portal (sponsors). 

If you encounter any suspicious activity, report it immediately to housing@iltanet.org.
