ILTACON 2026 returns to Nashville at the iconic Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center — a destination known for its immersive indoor gardens, expansive meeting space, and vibrant atmosphere.

This all-in-one venue creates the perfect backdrop for connection, innovation, and discovery. From dynamic education sessions to unforgettable networking experiences, everything you need is under one roof — making it easier than ever to engage, collaborate, and make the most of your ILTACON experience.

ILTACON Housing Block

The official ILTACON 2026 hotel block will open 14 April.

To ensure a seamless experience, all accommodations must be booked through the official ILTA Housing Portal, accessible via your registration confirmation email.

This is the only authorized method to reserve your room for ILTACON. Attendees will receive access through registration confirmation, and Business Partners will book through their portal.

Important: ILTA does not work with third-party housing vendors. Please be cautious of unsolicited calls or emails offering hotel rooms.

Gaylord Opryland Room Rate

$254 per night

single/double occupancy plus taxes and $20 per night resort fee for standard room

PARKING INFO

Parking is available at the Gaylord Opryland for $37 per day (self-parking; plus tax) or $55 per day (valet; plus tax).

CASHLESS RESORT

The Gaylord Opryland went “cashless” effective July 2023! Some logistics around this include:

The resort accepts credit card and mobile payments only, including front desk, food and beverage locations, retail, parking, etc.
Guests can convert their US currency into $20 - $500 gift cards at “Cash-to-Card” kiosks located in the Cascades and Delta atriums *no fee incurred.
Guests may still tip in cash (housekeeping, valet, etc)

Soundwaves Resort Water Attraction

Please note that access to the Soundwaves Resort Water Attraction is NOT included in your hotel reservation and tickets must be purchased to be admitted. You can purchase tickets through the housing portal while making your hotel reservation. Soundwaves is closed on Tuesday 13 August and Wednesday 14 August.

On the right side of the housing portal page, you will see a button to purchase tickets for the waterpark. If you have already made your reservation, simply go to the "Update Now" option in your housing confirmation email to re-access the housing portal and navigate to the Soundwaves link on the right side of the page.

Overflow Hotels

Reserving an Overflow Hotel Room: All hotels in the official ILTACON 2026 room block will be reserved through our housing portal (link shared in registration confirmation). Do not book these hotels through their main hotel website.

Shuttle Service: Complimentary continuous shuttle service will be provided between the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and all overflow hotels. Shuttles will run on a rotating loop approximately every 30 minutes. A detailed schedule will be shared closer to the event.

The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel

Conveniently located in Nashville’s Opryland area, this hotel is just a 5-minute drive from the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. Guests enjoy complimentary shuttle service to and from the event venue.
