Important ILTACON Housing Update

Official Housing Block Closed

Our official ILTACON housing block and negotiated hotel rates are now closed, as the housing cutoff date has passed.

If you have not yet secured accommodations, please contact local hotels directly to inquire about availability and current rates. Reservations made outside of the official ILTACON housing block are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions and are not managed or supported by ILTA.

RESORT FEE

$20 per night resort fee guaranteed when booked in ILTA’s block

  • Daily Sunrise Yoga Meditation for 2 guests
  • Daily Complex Shuttle to/from the Inn at Opryland and Opry Mills Mall for 2 guests
  • Shuttle Transportation to scheduled Grand Ole Opry and General Jackson Showboat Performances
  • Daily Range access for 2 guests. Includes a bucket of balls, clubs and transportation to/from the Gaylord Springs
  • Resort Wide Internet Access Includes
  • Enhanced in-room wireless Internet Access for up to six (6) devices
  • Basic Wireless Internet Access in Public Areas and Convention Center on a shared Network
  • Unlimited local and long-distance calls
  • Bottled Water (2 daily) replenished once daily with housekeeping service
  • Daily use of on-site Fitness Center

PARKING INFO

Parking is available at the Gaylord Opryland for $37 per day (self-parking; plus tax) or $55 per day (valet; plus tax).

CASHLESS RESORT

The Gaylord Opryland went “cashless” effective July 2023! Some logistics around this include:

  • The resort accepts credit card and mobile payments only, including front desk, food and beverage locations, retail, parking, etc.
  • Guests can convert their US currency into $20 - $500 gift cards at “Cash-to-Card” kiosks located in the Cascades and Delta atriums *no fee incurred.
  • Guests may still tip in cash (housekeeping, valet, etc)

Soundwaves Resort Water Attraction

Please note that access to the Soundwaves Resort Water Attraction is NOT included in your hotel reservation and tickets must be purchased to be admitted. You can purchase tickets through the housing portal while making your hotel reservation.  Soundwaves is closed on Tuesday 13 August and Wednesday 14 August.

On the right side of the housing portal page, you will see a button to purchase tickets for the waterpark. If you have already made your reservation, simply go to the "Update Now" option in your housing confirmation email to re-access the housing portal and navigate to the Soundwaves link on the right side of the page.

Overflow Hotels

Shuttle Service: Complimentary continuous shuttle service will be provided between the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and all overflow hotels. Shuttles will run on a rotating loop approximately every 30 minutes. A detailed schedule will be shared closer to the event.
